Responsibilities
- Supports development of master product catalogue (including size, contents, price mix, and COGS) and collaborates with Occasion and Creative teams to add new items to master catalogue as needed
- Responsible for analyzing point-of-sale data, consumer research, retail observations, industry trends, etc., to inform price and format mix within a master catalogue as well as product refresh
- Gathers and organizes insights in a manner that guides strategic thinking and retail strategy development
- Understands the key drivers of perceived value and cost of goods for assigned category
- Responsible for the on-time and accurate delivery of occasion line lists, consisting of documentation of key item-level information
- Supports cost management efforts for assigned category
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on simplification
Other
- A qualified candidate will have 1+ years of prior retail/consumer product experience, or equivalent internship work, demonstrating ability to support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical
- Bachelors of Science in Business/Marketing or related degree
