Loti AI is building the infrastructure to protect digital identity at scale, addressing the rise of AI-generated impersonation and deepfakes. The company aims to ensure individuals control how they show up online and are remembered or forgotten. The Product Operations Lead will help shape product launches, monitoring, and improvement processes, while building durable processes to keep users safe and teams aligned.

Requirements

  • Comfortable querying and analyzing data (SQL, Sheets, dashboards) to inform decisions and track outcomes.
  • Experience with LLM APIs, structured outputs, or fine-tuning workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Build lightweight tools, trackers, dashboards, and templates (code/no-code/AI) to improve visibility and automation across product operations.
  • Translate operational pain points into requirements for product and engineering teams, influencing tooling and process design.
  • Create and maintain documentation, release notes, and audit trails to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Support platform rollouts (e.g., workflow updates, policy or enforcement changes, new support tooling) by coordinating migration plans, communications, and post-launch follow-through.
  • Establish feedback loops with Support, Policy, Engineering, and GTM teams; synthesize insights into clear recommendations for product decisions.
  • Streamline cross-functional product launches and changes, ensuring clear criteria, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Help standardize playbooks, templates, and processes that improve speed, quality, and alignment across the org.

  • 3–5 years of experience in product operations, support ops, or related operational roles.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—able to align product, engineering, partnerships, and operations teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to distill complexity into concise updates and documentation.
  • Operator’s mindset: proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on scalable solutions.
  • Previous experience and willingness to work across globally distributed teams.
  • Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; know when to add process without slowing things down.
  • Familiarity with large-scale change management, risk mitigation, or content governance.
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or consumer tech environments.
