- Strong analytical skills and ability to build dashboards, metrics, and business insights.
- Experience in industries with multiple SKUs/configurations (automotive, robotics, aerospace, or similar strongly preferred).
- Experience with building Sales Configurators a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable, repeatable processes in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

- Collect, analyze, and visualize data on product usage, performance, and customer feedback.
- Own and drive adoption of JIRA, Confluence, and other business system tools to improve planning, tracking, and execution across the product lifecycle.
- Architect documentation systems that let internal users (engineering, BD, operations, etc.) quickly find what they need to enable their workflows.
- Define repeatable processes for deployments, upgrades, and release readiness—moving from ad hoc execution to scalable, world-class practices.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Design and Proposal teams to build product materials and internal enablement tools that help the org understand what's real, saleable, and how to communicate it.
Other

- Excellent communication skills—able to influence across PMs, TPMs, engineers, and business teams; strong writer and presenter.
- Leadership presence—able to partner credibly with senior stakeholders and, over time, grow the function into a team.
- Identify operational pain points, propose compelling solutions to leadership, and align diverse stakeholders and drive implementation and execution.
- Deliver crisp updates, proposals, and presentations that give leadership clarity on progress, gaps, and recommended paths forward.
