Veeva Systems is looking for a Product Operations role to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of their product development and release lifecycle for software created for Biotech start-ups. The goal is to act as the operational backbone for multiple applications, bridging Product Owners, Validation, and Release Engineering, and to build scalable processes to support company growth.
Requirements
- Technical aptitude for process automation (e.g., using APIs, simple scripting).
- Direct administrative experience with tools like Jira, Monday.com, or Veeva Vault.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve the end-to-end process for releases, patches, and hotfixes.
- Act as the key liaison between Product, Validation, and Release Engineering to ensure seamless execution.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and design scalable processes that will support our growth into new application areas.
- Manage our core operational tools (Jira, Vault, etc.), organize our repositories, and onboard new team members for success.
Other
- 3+ years of experience in Product Operations or a similar role.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Software (especially cloud based) and typical SDLC’s.
- A proven ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills—you can explain complex ideas with clarity and brevity.
- A passion for process improvement and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Prior experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., life sciences, GxP).
