The Product Operations Manager will drive the successful delivery of client contractual obligations and track performance metrics against corporate objectives, client, product, and team goals.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of project management and business analytics to lead those responsible for carrying out these types of functions (process flows, procedures, spreadsheets, modeling, etc.;
- Analytical skills with an interest and aptitude for understanding both business and technical aspects of the business;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Access and Visio;
- Superior problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills;
Responsibilities
- Lead the tracking of key performance metrics, contractual obligations, billing, etc. to ensure end to end accountability for the successful operation of Premier Team and Inovalon's delivery of services;
- Oversee assigned operational projects;
- Drive key work products, in addition to the successful running of the operation, include process flows, procedures, tools, job descriptions, forecasting work and staffing needs, etc.;
- Lead and/or participate in key operational improvement such as product performance measurement and process/technology enhancement planning;
- Contribute to executive level reporting to support leadership decisions;
- Lead and/or participate in key Premier Client Team operational improvements such as productivity improvement, activity reporting, dashboard management and process/technology;
- Serve as high-level resources for management of assigned Product and Operational areas.
Other
- This position is a hybrid role based out of our Canonsburg, PA office. The current expectation is that we are in office two days each week (Tuesday-Wed), with extra additional days as required during the month.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Healthcare operational experience;
- Experience with Medicare or Medicaid preferred;
- Proven ability to quickly grasp new concepts, plan work and execute projects in a fast-paced environment;
- Effective verbal and written communications skills with an ability to interact at any level;
