Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft AI capabilities, with experience using Copilot and developing AI Agents beyond basic applications.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ideas into action, deliver results quickly, and maintain a high sense of urgency in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to drive conversations and influence across multiple teams and departments.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with experience deriving actionable insights.
- Understanding of Microsoft AI capabilities, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and developing Agents to deliver generative AI solutions for operational improvements.

- Experience implementing enhancements, process efficiencies, and solutions to drive operational excellence and increase product team productivity.
Responsibilities
- Proactively own and improve product operational activities, consistently seeking opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Initiate and lead conversations across product, technology, client services, and other teams to align operational processes with organizational objectives.
- Design, automate, optimize, and implement processes that enhance operational effectiveness, including incident management, release management, documentation, and billing operations, with a strong emphasis on increasing product team productivity.
- Maintain high standards of documentation for operational processes, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Drive and maintain key operational metrics, leveraging data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
- Evaluate, enhance, and implement tools and solutions using Microsoft AI capabilities, including Copilot and AI Agent development, to support operational activities and drive efficiency and innovation.
- Encourage innovation and staying abreast of industry best practices.
