Alarm.com is looking to solve operational challenges and bring products to life in new international markets in the smart security space
Requirements
- Experience with hardware product lifecycles, SKUs, or certifications is a plus
- Familiarity with international product deployment or market adaptation is helpful but not required
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
Responsibilities
- Market Feedback Management: Act as the primary coordinator for international market feedback on video hardware, working closely with Technical Account Managers (TAMs), regional sales teams, and product managers.
- Certification Tracking: Collaborate with the certifications team to monitor the progress and execution of regulatory certifications for hardware products by region.
- Country Launch Planning: Identify and prioritize countries for product launches based on certification status and strategic opportunity.
- SKU & Customization Support: Work with the product and hardware teams to track international-specific SKUs, labels, packaging, and firmware configurations.
- Feature Request Coordination: Gather and organize international-specific feature requests for software or firmware.
- Issue Diagnosis: Help debug and triage international-specific issues, including hardware behavior, installation constraints, and customer-reported problems.
- Cross-Team Alignment: Strengthen the relationship between the product team and international go-to-market teams, serving as a key operational link to ensure clarity and alignment.
Other
- B.S. or B.A. in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; business degrees accepted only if paired with strong technical experience or a technical focus
- 2–5 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or product coordination roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging across functions and regions
- Comfortable working across time zones and with globally distributed teams
