Requirements
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP or PIM
- Strong organizational, systems, and communication skills
- Ability to work in high-expectation environments where accuracy, speed, and reliability matter
- Demonstrated ability to work with data management or internal support roles
- Experience with product operations, customer service, or data management
- Ability to navigate core platforms and tools (e.g., ERP, PIM, Asana, Google Workspace)
- Ability to maintain and improve structured product documentation
Responsibilities
- Respond to product-related questions with speed and accuracy
- Maintain product documentation and ensure product data is up-to-date and accessible
- Support Product Managers with task tracking, documentation, meeting support, and project coordination
- Identify process or documentation gaps and proactively contribute solutions
- Take ownership of special projects such as knowledge base improvements, launch support tools, and administrative operations
- Maintain and improve structured product documentation
- Navigate core platforms and tools (e.g., ERP, PIM, Asana, Google Workspace) to manage product information workflows
Other
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in product operations, customer service, data management, or internal support roles
