Tevpro is seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner to turn ambiguity into clarity for complex software projects, requiring a strong software engineering mindset and the ability to lead and execute at the highest level.
Requirements
- Proven success leading software projects with distributed teams.
- Exceptional user story writing and backlog management skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for complex software projects.
- Write detailed, high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria* that drive alignment and clarity.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver measurable value.
- Anticipate challenges, solve problems quickly, and bring order to ambiguity.
- Balance big-picture product strategy with tactical execution.
Other
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager/Business Analyst, or hybrid role.
- Strong communication skills—able to speak both “business” and “developer.”
- Consulting or start-up background strongly preferred.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to take action without waiting for step-by-step direction.
