The Product Owner role is for someone eager to learn and grow with the global ATM managed services business, and to become a Subject Matter Expert within Brink’s. This role will coordinate with external customers, internal customers, third party vendors and with various Brink’s departments. This includes identifying requirements, documenting scope, supporting integration development and QA, and acting as a technical lead internally and for customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience Agile software development process experience – writing user stories, sprint reviews, sprint planning
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with software development teams and/or external dev vendors
- Experience with ATM switching services and/or ATM managed services operations
Responsibilities
- Business requirements gathering for development requests
- Document operational and technical flows
- Write requirements and user stories
- Create wire-frames
- Assist with Sprint planning, review, and testing
- Business requirements gathering with in-country teams to define custom requirements and configuration
- Requirements gathering for integrations with third-party service providers

- The successful candidate must be able to work independently and multi-task for engagement across multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Administration
