SAIF is looking to modernize enterprise systems and improve customer experience by delivering high-impact software solutions that support core insurance operations, including claims, case, and policy management.
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in software product development, or relevant experience as part of a cross functional software development team;
- Experience in insurance industry a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Perform product owner responsibilities on the software solutions program supporting the development process, representing customer/user experience (CX/UX) priorities.
- Lead backlog prioritization and refinement process for the delivery team, ensuring that all business requirements and functional specifications are reflected accurately.
- Ensure that approved user stories for each sprint reflect the business requirements supportive of related epics and features in the backlog.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure that requirements and acceptance criteria are understood and reflected in user stories.
- Approve completed user stories in alignment with acceptance criteria.
- Support program leadership in partnering with enterprise stakeholders to solicit and incorporate other feedback from customers and internal/external partners to inform product roadmap planning.
- Work with analysis and research subject matter experts to assess usage data, customer feedback, and usability testing data, to recommend improvements to the customer/user experience.
