MHK is looking to enhance and expand CareProminence solutions for healthcare organizations, and the Product Owner will collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to achieve this goal.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with business requirements in Agile Product Ownership
- Strong intuition about user experience and what makes a product experience great.
- Proven technical understanding and attention to detail with experience working on SAAS products within healthcare.
- Experience in product ownership and building solutions, focusing on what matters most
- Ability to unpack complex, ambiguous problems and ship simple and user-friendly solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience breaking up complex problems into manageable milestones
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credentials is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with UX and Engineering to build solutions and get them in customers hands timely and with high quality.
- Collaborate with Product Management team to understand high level product requirements and evolve them into Agile epics and stories.
- Work with engineering, product management and UX team to outline design approaches that account for key customer needs and efficient user experiences.
- Serve as a product owner within the Agile scrum process, ensuring visibility, prioritization and backlog readiness for the assigned teams.
- Work with one or more engineering teams to deliver timely, quality releases that provide high business value and exceed customer expectations.
- Drive discussions around technical and design trade-offs to find a balance between speed and quality of solutions delivered.
- Incorporate feedback from demos, interviews, user research and engineering into the Agile team’s backlog
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with Healthcare Product solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive working within teams and enjoys getting things done as a unit.
- Build and grow client trust organically as a product advisor by proving an ongoing value through accountability, proactive communication and transparency
