The organization is looking to develop expertise in their industry, clients, and offered capabilities through collaboration with Product and Technical teams. The Product Owner will manage business requirements for product support, enhancements, and feature developments while considering technical needs for continuous improvement.

- SQL writing experience
- Software Technology Life Cycle (STLC) development experience
- Ability to conceptualize and understand ecosystem integration across company, identifying risks and dependencies which could impact delivery
- Up to date knowledge of current enterprise standards, industry standards and technologies, methodologies, and best practices
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned capabilities, incorporating product manager defined strategy with technical advancements and priorities to advance organization towards achieving enterprise goals
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding capability-related inquiries, collaboration requests as well as production support for issues triaging, responding, resolving, and adhering to department service level agreements (SLA)
- Collaborate with client and internal teams, as applicable, to develop business processes, analyze existing processes and maintain required and supportive documentation specific to capability and ecosystem integration points. This documentation includes, but is not limited to, detailed workflow requirements, functional designs, data flow diagrams, and document data mapping
- Decompose features, with stakeholder and product manager engagement, into manageable user stories, ensuring clarity for development and focusing on incremental value delivery to gain user feedback quickly
- Maintain a well-refined backlog reflecting most valuable work for the development team.
- Collaborate with development team on testing strategies which provide clear value and support efficient delivery, meeting business needs
- Provide business context and designee for development team, ensuring completed features meet success criteria ahead of production deployment
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent experience and IT certifications may be considered in lieu of education
- 5 years of experience as an analyst or Agile product owner.
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Strong analytical, data mapping, problem-solving, and business skills to extract implicit, unstated, and unrecognized requirements
- Strong skills working within a flexible, collaborative working environments with the team members and stakeholders
- Effective meeting management skills to initiate, develop agenda, conduct, and communicate decisions
- Strong attention to detail including precise and effective communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
