Progressive is looking to upgrade and modernize its licensing system through the Agent Lifecycle Modernization (ALM) program to deliver better agent experiences, improve user job satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase written premiums.
Requirements
- eight years experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, requirements gathering, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years experience in back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, requirements gathering, etc.)
- Product owner/SCRUM certification
- Experience creating and/or supporting business system requirements
