HealthMark Group is seeking to reimagine the business of healthcare with innovative technology platforms that simplify and improve health records retrieval and delivery, and is looking for a dynamic individual to provide skilled product ownership with a focus on detailed requirements management in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle and architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, preferably SAFe.
  • Excellent ability to communicate with stakeholders, translating business needs into user-centered stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of managing long-term projects.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Information Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in product management

Responsibilities

  • Product Backlog Management: Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with the product roadmap and strategic goals.
  • Agile Rituals: Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Guide the agile team through initiatives involving multiple internal and external teams with complex interdependencies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with operations stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Strategic Contribution: Assist the Director of Product with lean business cases and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Agile Mindset: Collaborate with the Scrum Master to foster an Agile Mindset within the team and across the organization.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the product over time.

Other

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Information Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in product management with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, preferably SAFe.
  • Proven track record of managing long-term projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in the team’s performance and its impact on the company's overall success is critical.
