Requirements
- Proven experience with technical product development and domain expertise.
- Exposure to Generative AI technologies (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management frameworks.
- Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.
- He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance.
- The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with business goals.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps.
- Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle from ideation to release.
- Build and maintain a prioritized product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Ensure readiness of user stories with supporting documentation and wireframes.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback post-release.
Other
- Minimum 5+ years experience as a Product Owner in the P&C Insurance industry.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver products within deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and customer-centric design.
