Requirements
- in-depth product knowledge
- ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- understanding of workflow and feature relationship
- experience with Bullhorn products
- experience working on Payroll and/or Billing Software
- experience with Agile methodologies
- some technical chops, potentially from being a developer or QA in the past!
Responsibilities
- defining and delivering key product features
- provide direction, guidance and support
- demoing new features to internal staff
- working cross functionally to product internal and customer facing documentation
- translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- making sure teams are working on the right things at the right time to deliver the best possible products to our customers
- epic breakdown, story planning & writing, sprint planning & delivery
