Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their application in a product development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with product management and backlog tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Familiarity with using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) in day-to-day execution to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
  • CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or other relevant Agile certifications.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
  • Experience in documenting & tracking OKR.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the FSR+ platform and tech modernization effort.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the product features and enhancements.
  • Translate the product roadmap and stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable features with robust acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
  • Conduct regular testing and lead the demo sessions, and will be responsible for accepting completed user stories.
  • Work closely with UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of design requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all development work meets the business objectives and quality standards before being released.
