Responsibilities
- Management and improvement of products using agile methodologies to support the monitoring of metrics such as usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction, and to support the development of roadmaps that aim to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a product.
- Utilize market research, analysis of customer feedback and monitoring of industry trends to identify new products, features or enhancements.
- Development and execution of go-to-market strategies for a smooth launch of new products or features in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
- Leverage SAS, SQL, and Excel to query and analyze data required to support the creation of project needs and resources.
- Identify and implement process improvements to support efficiencies in design phases of projects.
- Establish projects plans to manage projects process; maintain procedures, reconciliations, and approvals.
- Provision of subject matter expertise to support the collaboration between the product owner and the technical side of product development.
