Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy for automation and AI initiatives, aligning with the company's overall business goals and market needs.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify new opportunities and validate product hypotheses.
  • Translate high-level product strategies into detailed, actionable plans, tasks, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer feedback to ensure continuous delivery of value.
  • Create, lead, and manage sprint/delivery cycles with internal teams and selected partners.
  • Build technical proofs of concept (POCs) and solutions using modern tools.
  • Monitor and track product performance post-launch using key metrics and user feedback.

Other

  • 1-3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or a similar role in the healthcare technology sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business). A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote role based in Illinois, Michigan, or Ohio.
