Requirements
- Experience and curiosity for AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, with the ability to understand technical concepts (no coding required).
- Experience translating technology trends into actionable product strategies or use cases.
- Experience explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner closely with the HCM Suite Product Owner to identify cross-suite use cases, synergies, and integrated AI opportunities.
- Serve as a customer-facing AI thought leader—gather insights, validate concepts, and present product vision.
- Define detailed use cases, requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for AI-driven features.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the AI vision and long-term roadmap for the HR Talent product.
- Perform market and competitive analysis to ensure our AI strategy remains differentiated and relevant.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI/ML/GenAI use cases that deliver measurable customer value.
- Work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Product teams to ensure clarity and alignment on AI initiatives.
- Partner closely with the HCM Suite Product Owner to identify cross-suite use cases, synergies, and integrated AI opportunities.
- Serve as a customer-facing AI thought leader—gather insights, validate concepts, and present product vision.
- Define detailed use cases, requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for AI-driven features.

- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment and influence stakeholders across teams and working directly with customers.
