Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven experience in process mapping, workflow design, and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, Miro).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information, perform root cause analysis, and solve problems creatively.
- Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned technology solutions in alignment with business objectives.
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis; translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze and document current-state processes; identify pain points and design future-state workflows that improve efficiency, quality, and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, UX/UI designers, and QA to ensure the solution design meets functional and non-functional requirements.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog; ensure clarity, visibility, and readiness of user stories for development teams in Agile environments.
- Act as the voice of the customer and business across the product lifecycle; facilitate alignment across departments and ensure transparency in prioritization decisions.
- Use metrics, KPIs, and user feedback to measure solution effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
