Requirements
- Understanding of technical work and ensuring the roadmap and backlog is planned with technical concerns in mind
- Experience with agile teams and agile methodologies
- Ability to work with Technical Lead/Architect to understand technical work
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and requirements
- Experience with Product/Program Backlog creation and management
- Ability to break down big Features into User Stories on the Team backlog
- Experience with Program level Agile Events such as PI Planning
Responsibilities
- Create and articulate the vision and Roadmap for agile teams, garnering consensus across Operations, Technology and Product Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable features.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to the technology delivery team, ensuring the product delivers a great user experience.
- Define and maintain a well-prioritized, groomed product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure understanding of requirements and timely delivery of features.
- Continuously refine and adjust the backlog based on feedback, data, and changing priorities.
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to inform future development.
