Nerdio is looking to drive the evolution of their internal technology stack, specifically with Salesforce and adjacent Business Systems, to deliver scalable and high-impact solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Manager working with Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and other business systems.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and common integrations (e.g., CPQ, CLM, Data Enrichment, etc.).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools like Zendesk, Asana, Miro, or equivalent.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred; other Salesforce certs or PO certifications (CSPO, SAFe) are a plus.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and common integrations
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap and backlog.
- Gather, prioritize, and document business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, Customer Success).
- Translate requirements into well-defined user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with Salesforce admins, developers, and system integrators to deliver enhancements and new capabilities.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT cycles in collaboration with engineering.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and system scalability across business systems.
- Analyze current workflows and identify automation or integration opportunities across tools like HubSpot, NetSuite, Gong, Salesloft, etc.
