Requirements
- Product Owner with 5+ years of experience
- Understand Business requirements for their product, analyze the requirements, identify impact to their product and manage product backlog
- Proficient in Agile processes and JIRA
- Ability to translate Business requirements into functional specifications and document those in JIRA epics and acceptance criteria
- Knowledge of MS Visio

Responsibilities
- Defines the vision and roadmap for the product
- Defining and prioritizing stories in the product backlog
- Articulating this to both stakeholders and the development team
- Creates and prioritizes work for one team
- Creates and prioritizes stories in the product backlog
- Refines stories with the team to ensure there are enough ready stories to load the next 1-2 sprints
- Reviews and accepts stories and is empowered to make on-the-spot decisions on scope and requirements
Other
- Ability to work with various stakeholders - business, architects, development teams, testers
- Ability to analyze end to end business processes and negotiate with the Business to make the most optimal changes
- Ability to prepare business process flow diagrams and review with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work in a matrix environment, have excellent communication skills and be problem solvers
- Ability to create effective presentations
- Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
