Temenos is looking to drive the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of partnerships that complement or extend their product suite to scale their offering in both capability and reach.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategic partnerships, product strategy, or business development—ideally within enterprise software or fintech.
  • Strong experience with vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and partner onboarding.
  • Proven track record of bringing new solutions or integrations to market through third-party partnerships.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically across multiple teams and functions.
  • Experience in core banking or financial software ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with delivery partner models, licensing agreements, and technical integration best practices.
  • Background in business, strategy, or product leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Strategy team and product directors to identify functionality or service areas where build vs. partner decisions must be made.
  • Lead partner/vendor scouting, assessment, and due diligence across capability, commercial viability, and alignment.
  • Own the full lifecycle of product partnerships: opportunity validation, business case development, partner selection, term sheet negotiation, solution definition, and implementation model.
  • Define and drive the end-to-end productization of partnerships—from integration design to support models.
  • Ensure partnerships are aligned with our platform architecture, scalability, and product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and delivery to bring integrated offerings to life.
  • Monitor partnership performance and value realization.
