Winland Foods is looking to solve the problem of efficiently packaging pasta products to meet customer and company specifications while maintaining safe and sanitary conditions in production areas.
Requirements
- Operates short goods packaging equipment.
- Operates forklift and pallet jack.
- Forms containers either manually or using case forming machine.
- Executes changeover sanitation
- Collects and reviews paperwork before turning it in to supervisor.
- Ensures correct product is dispensed into correct container.
- Makes equipment adjustments as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Packs product per PMC parameter sheets.
- Pre-stages materials needed for packing the shift in neat and orderly fashion in areas defined.
- Identifies waste streams and contacts supervisor for remedy and immediate action.
- Executes Quality Assurance paperwork as defined.
- Executes changeovers per the parameter sheets to include proper screens, totes, and liners as needed.
- Operates short goods packaging equipment.
- Makes equipment adjustments as necessary.

- Rotating A/B Schedule: (3) days one week and (4) days the next, 12 hour shift, 7:0am to 7:30pm
- Constant heavy lifting, standing, and walking, climbing stairs, cleaning, helping with change overs, and monitoring production line
