ServiceNow is looking to personalize customers' digital transformation journey on the Now Platform and accelerate customers’ time-to-value through the creation and enhancement of a portfolio of Impact Accelerators.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and collaboration tools e.g., PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
- A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings is a plus
- Previous internship experience is a plus
- Ability to learn new areas of the Now Platform through instruction and self-training
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry
- Knowledge of ServiceNow products and platform capabilities
Responsibilities
- Supporting both the creation and on-going enhancement of a portfolio of Impact Accelerators
- Executing the enhancement and maintenance process of Accelerator content based on customer feedback and/or when new products and platform capabilities emerge
- Supporting the creation of Impact Accelerators including engagement flows, delivery materials, and supporting technical automations
- Organizing and executing product research assignments with internal product partners to support the identification of new technical accelerators
- Supporting the partnership with and enablement of global Accelerator Consultants and Impact Squad members who deliver Accelerators to customers
- Working closely with Portfolio Managers as well as other product experts to gain insights and knowledge of the ServiceNow Impact Accelerators
- Leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
Other
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar field and on track to graduate May 2027
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills
- Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues
- Ability to think big and deliver projects from conception through completion
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a self-managed environment
