The Manufacturing Business Unit (BU) needs a Project/Program Manager I to coordinate and complete projects within budget, scope, and schedule requirements, contributing to the design and delivery of innovative products and services that exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of ERP (IFS or SAP preferred) and CAD systems (AutoCad preferred).
- Strong computer software skills, especially Microsoft Office, Project, and Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated project and/or program management skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and requirements effectively.
- High attention to detail and process oriented
- Understand the product line and overall business models.
- Be familiar with the sales process, strategic goals and project delivery process requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the definition of project goals, needs, and scope, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Setup project budgets, cost-tracking, and cost-reporting methods.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with management and stakeholders.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Collaborate with IT team members to set up automatic reporting tools (ERP/IFS, Microsoft PowerBI, etc.) to increase the visibility of project status and performance.

- Associate degree in business, Engineering, or a related field, or 2+ years of relevant work experience in product development and /or manufacturing environment.
