Celestica is looking for a Product Quality Manager to manage and monitor product quality throughout the entire product life cycle, ensuring high standards from design to customer issue resolution.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of quality metrics, ISO standards and processes.
- Understanding of HPS business models and product development framework and processes
- Good knowledge of Quality Management tools including: 8D/RCCA (FMEA) and development of Quality Control Plans
- Ability to use some or all of the following PC applications: Google Applications, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- technology background on switch, storage and server product testing.
- strong knowlege in quality manageement from different functions of design, supplier management, manufacturing and customer issue resolutuon capablity.
- very familar with product development cycle, lifecycle phase management process.
Responsibilities
- Supports generation of HPS quality plan and apply the product quality plan across the function teams along the entire life cycle
- Supports product E2E LPR review with collect and review the product quality data on timely manner
- Supports generation of performance metrics for HPS products and processes
- Engage with DSQ, CQE, SQE and global quality team to manage quality cases
- Resolves customer issues of low difficulty using quality tools: Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions that are effective and timely
