US Foods is looking to solve the problem of efficiently handling and processing returned products in their warehouse, ensuring compliance with government and company requirements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 months previous warehousing experience required
- previous comparable warehouse experience preferred
Responsibilities
- receives and verifies that all driver-returned products are handled accordingly and clears the dock
- Ensures product condition meets acceptable government and company requirements
- Upon verification of returned product reason codes, product will be prepared for re-slotting; include verifying package integrity, temperature guidelines and manufacturer requirements
- Position will be required to return all product to the appropriate slot and verify slot accuracy
- Setup and staging dock area for daily driver returns
- Recreate manufacturer packaging, if required
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Other
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law
