Neon is seeking a Product Risk Operations Associate to help protect its platform and customers by investigating fraud, managing disputes, and supporting the development of fraud and risk models.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in fraud, risk, or payment operations
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and process
- Comfortable using data tools and collaborating with technical partners
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve fraud cases across Neon's payment systems
- Partner with customer support to manage and improve the dispute process
- Surface insights from cases to inform fraud model development and risk strategy
- Collaborate with product and data teams to refine detection logic and workflows
