Intertek is looking to solve the problem of ensuring consumer product safety for global brand-name companies by providing consultation and research services to eliminate product characteristics that may lead to complaints, recalls, injuries, or fatalities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (e.g., child development, psychology, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences preferred
- Experience in project management, design, manufacturing, or quality assurance is valuable
Responsibilities
- Develop project workplans, ensure resource availability, and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Clearly communicate project requirements and expectations to client and internal team
- Manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify potential hazards associated with products and offer solutions
- Write technical reports to convey key findings
- Understand essential safety requirements and regulatory requirements, as applicable
- Present test results and technical findings to clients
