Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly Systems LLC is looking to expand its Air Motors business by building strong customer relationships and driving growth within its territory.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles and pneumatic drive solutions to effectively engage customers.
  • Proven track record in industrial sales, ideally with Air Motors, pneumatic equipment, or similar technical solutions.
  • Confident in demonstrating technical solutions and delivering consultative sales presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert on Air Motors, advising customers on integration, efficiency, sustainability benefits, and performance improvements.
  • Create and execute a business plan tailored to Air Motor opportunities within your region, leveraging tools such as Salesforce and PowerBI.
  • Drive the full sales process for Air Motors, from prospecting to closing, ensuring profitable growth.
  • Deliver technical solutions and support that improve customer experience and establish Atlas Copco as the trusted partner for Air Motor technology.
  • Promote new product developments in Air Motors, ensuring customers understand the value of Atlas Copco’s latest innovations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends specific to Air Motors to provide feedback to the Product Marketing team and shape our go-to-market strategies.

Other

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with OEMs, integrators, distributors, and end users where Air Motors are applied (e.g., off highway/heavy truck, renewable energy, and manufacturing industries).
  • Expand existing accounts and secure new Air Motor applications, increasing market penetration across diverse industrial sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within your region, including site visits to customer facilities and integration partners.
  • This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere in the United States in close proximity to a major airport.
