Sinomax is seeking a Product Sample Coordinator to manage the entire lifecycle of product samples, ensuring timely and accurate processing to meet customer specifications and enhance product comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities
- Will work as a liaison between Sales, Product Development and Production to ensure that samples are processed timely and meet customer specification.
- Will receive sample request from sales, must ensure that it is complete and verify information given
- Once received, will work with Production to have the sample scheduled through the plant with minimal production interruption.
- Will “follow” the sample through the plant, making sure all quality measures are in place.
- Once the product is made, packaging would be approved, and sample will be sent to the location selected by Sales.
- Product Sample Coordinator will make sure Sales is aware of where the sample is always at in process.
- Ensures that records are kept all of requests as well as results of each

- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work cross functionally
- Excellent communication skills.
- 4-year degree preferred, not required
