Bristol Myers Squibb is looking to develop and implement novel characterization assays for cell therapy drug products, specifically for T cell biology, to transform the lives of patients.
Requirements
- Understanding of cellular biology
- Basic knowledge of primary cell culture and bioanalytical methods
- Knowledge of T cell biology and proliferation
- Experience with cell culture, analytical development, and process optimization
- Familiarity with imaging, spectral cytometry, and metabolic measurement technologies
- Basic knowledge of flow cytometry and fluorescent imaging
Responsibilities
- Develop and/or implement novel characterization assays utilizing imaging, spectral cytometry, and/or metabolic measurement technologies
- Increase knowledge and understanding regarding T cell biology of cell therapy drug products in clinical development
- Create a practical and implementable analytical method prototype to detect and measure T cell proliferation capacity
- Work with Attribute Scientists to develop and implement assays
- Utilize technologies such as flow cytometry and fluorescent imaging
- Optimize processes and develop analytical methods

- Current junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in related fields, or a first year master's student
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team
- Strong communication skills
- Authorized to work in the US at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- Ability to work on-site as required by the occupancy structure
