EOS IT Solutions is looking for a Project Manager to support a global client in the consumer electronics and technology sector. The role requires managing projects at the intersection of product security, customer success, research science, and security consulting, with a focus on improving operational excellence, streamlining workflows, and strengthening cross-functional project delivery through strong technical writing and project management expertise.
Requirements
- Proven mastery of technical, business, or procedural writing with a portfolio of high-impact deliverables.
- Strong interest and demonstrated aptitude for consumer electronics, technology, and VR/AR/MR ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Reality Labs or similar advanced technology organizations is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects and adapt approach to shifting requirements with minimal guidance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial risk analyses of new vendors and offer actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Lead the management, creation, and timely completion of all documentation for assigned projects.
- Develop and refine document templates and decks (using Google Suite Products).
- Aggregate and synthesize information for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on security gaps and solutions.
- Uphold clarity, structure, and precision in all written materials and executive presentations.
- Examine technical R&D initiatives to recognize confidentiality and security risks, translating insights into robust recommendations.
- Develop comprehensive internal learning resources, documentation, and training curricula for diverse audiences.
Other
- Respond to stakeholder requests within 30 minutes, providing actionable follow-up within 48 business hours.
- Continuously update work instructions, guidelines, standards, and policies to reflect best practices.
- Facilitate quality and timely input from global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Archive and systematically organize project documentation in secure repositories.
- Ensure strong collaborating with SMEs to ensure technical accuracy and clarity in documentation and its intended audience.
- Promote knowledge sharing and operational alignment across teams to foster excellence and innovation.
- Actively support and occasionally lead Business Updates, Roundtables, and Weekly Team Meetings.
- Serve as a primary interface in cross-functional meetings, capturing and communicating key points, actions, and deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver concise, well-structured presentations of project findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Direct routine updates and publication of Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Best Practices for internal and client-facing groups.
- Manage regular updates and accuracy of all internal standards, guidelines, trackers, and policy documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and implement both immediate and long-range objectives for programs and projects.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure program delivery is consistent with strategic goals.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, technical writing, or an associated field.
- Experience with customer success management or building relationships in cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of distributed, multicultural teams.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail; proven ability to handle competing priorities.
- PMP certification advantageous but not required.
