Requirements
- Familiarity with (internal) auditing to technical and industry-specific standards, and driving certifications efforts, especially related to cyber or product security.
- Familiar with Microsoft tools for effective communications and information management.
- Experience with product security standards, specifically with the IEC 62443 family (preferred).
- Experience with firmware development and quality processes (preferred).
- Experience in software security develop principles, standard methodologies, and the integration of security into preexisting development practices (preferred).
- Experience with project management and new product development processes (e.g., Stage Gate and Agile) (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead audits to ensure compliance with internal processes and international standards and regulations.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of corrective actions arising from product security audits.
- Contribute to implementing Secure Development Lifecycle efforts across multiple groups.
- Build, coordinate, and participate in multi-functional and business unit communities to promote the adoption of product security standard methodologies.
- Help identify training, development needs, and continuous improvement opportunities across organizational functions related to product security.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience.
- Occasional travel, domestic and international, may be required.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
- Effective in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.
