Requirements

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Experience performing functional validation of product features in testing and production environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Experience creating Figma wireframes that meet the system requirements
  • Prior experience in BPMN software and workflows

Responsibilities

  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
  • Manage existing product features and vendor relationships to maintain and advocate for the protection of customers' digital data
  • Author clear requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
  • Creating Figma wireframes that meet the system requirements

Other

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Commitment and self-motivation suitable for a start-up team
  • Strong work ethic, capable of independently solving problems, managing projects, and delivering initiatives
  • Comfort navigating a large organization and partnering with diverse stakeholders
  • Passionate about staying up-to-date with evolving technology
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering
