Acentra Health is looking to solve the problem of innovating healthcare software and services, with a primary focus on government healthcare programs, to deliver high-value, compliant solutions to federal and state clients.
Requirements
- 15+ years in product leadership, with significant time spent in government healthcare technology and services
- Proven success managing a portfolio of both enterprise systems and business-line IP in areas such as MES, Care Management, EAP, IRO, or Assessments
- Track record introducing market-leading solutions that combine technology assets, human-centered services, and user-driven design principles
- Understanding of U.S. government healthcare programs (Medicaid, Medicare, VA, DoD), including regulatory and procurement environments
- Integrate technical assets (software platforms, APIs, data products, AI/ML solutions) with service-based solutions delivered by people (advisory, implementation, clinical, and operational services).
- Ensure products comply with government healthcare requirements (HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, ONC, state-specific mandates).
- Advance horizontal capabilities (e.g., interoperability, analytics, data governance, user-centered design) that strengthen all vertical offerings.
Responsibilities
- Integrate technical assets (software platforms, APIs, data products, AI/ML solutions) with service-based solutions delivered by people (advisory, implementation, clinical, and operational services).
- Ensure products comply with government healthcare requirements (HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, ONC, state-specific mandates).
- Advance horizontal capabilities (e.g., interoperability, analytics, data governance, user-centered design) that strengthen all vertical offerings.
- Drive innovation in MES modernization, care management platforms, EAP solutions, independent review services, and assessment tools that support government healthcare missions.
- Oversee the lifecycle of healthcare IP and service offerings—from ideation and design to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement, publishing and managing product roadmaps tied to Acentra Health’s strategic direction.
- Build and strengthen the UX design function incorporating AI, ensuring that all products and services are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with the needs of diverse users.
- Coordinate with the Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) and technology groups including Centers of Excellence for AI and Analytics to deliver outstanding offerings.
