The company needs a Product Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert on Zinnia's Insurance Platforms solutions, aligning client needs with platform capabilities and ensuring internal teams are equipped to position, implement, and evolve Zinnia's products effectively.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Specialist, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Customer Success, or Product Management role, ideally within SaaS, insurtech, or financial services industries.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software platforms, system integrations, and client onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Act as the expert on Zinnia Insurance Platform capabilities, configurations, and use cases.
- Support Sales and Deal Architects during client discussions, demonstrations, and RFP responses.
- Translate client needs into actionable product requirements and configuration guidance.
- Prepare and deliver tailored product overviews, capability maps, and client-specific documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between external clients and internal teams to ensure a consistent understanding of product functionality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product releases, enhancements, and emerging features.
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to help clients maximize adoption and satisfaction.

- This role is based in Greenwich, CT or Bridgewater, NJ, with a flexible hybrid work schedule.
- Partner with Product Management to provide real-world feedback and inform roadmap priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex functionality to both business and technical audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Delivery functions.
- High attention to detail, proactive attitude, and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
