The Product Specialist role is focused on Field Orderz, a mobile application that bridges the gap between field operations and shop fabrication, aiming to streamline the ordering of custom piping and duct assemblies for pre-fabrication.
Requirements
- 3+ years QA or Product Support with mobile and web applications
- Experience with Autodesk products
- API testing experience
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive testing of our mobile application across iOS/Android platforms, web interfaces, and desktop components
- Leverage AI tools to streamline release notes, knowledge base updates, and technical documentation
- Learn and manage Autodesk Fabrication databases for pipe and duct systems, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure database compatibility with Field Orderz
