Assist in the growth of the drylin linear bearings product line in the United States, Canada and Mexico by working closely with key customers, sales, engineering and operations to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Responsibilities
- Provide detailed, accurate and timely technical support for the drylin product range of linear products to the sales teams and customers. This includes drylin, dryspin, and drylin E motors and drives and all products under the drylin business unit.
- Calculate costs and pricing to the sales teams/customers for custom and serial products while maintaining profitability of the product line.
- Keep material and product knowledge up to date
- Work with product expert systems and online tools to identify suitable products to reduce the costs and / or improve the technology for customers
- Act as primary project manager on projects as defined by the Product Manager including direct contact with customers, RSM’s, Inside Sales and Engineering
- Collaborate with counterparts in Cologne on a daily basis regarding projects, programs and tasks
- Develop and conduct trainings (new-hire and ongoing trainings) and be able to provide training in alignment with the Training and Development Department
Other
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience in Technical Sales experience required
- Willing to post on LinkedIn and other digital marketing platforms
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- National and international travel on some occasions
- Additional travel to Trade Shows, with sales managers or to sales meetings will be required, as needed
