East Bay BMW is looking to hire a Product & Inventory Specialist to explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technology to customers, enhancing the initial sales process and customer experience.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Educates customer on current product line options and basic product specifications
- Demonstrate vehicle features and technology features to customer
- Educate customer on optional equipment available for purchase
- Answers questions about the vehicle, technology, and features
- Conducts test drives
- Conduct training classes for current customers on technology
- Ability to learn web based applications for customer management
Other
- Greets customer and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired
- Provide product information (brochures) for customers when requested
- Conducts facility tours (service, parts)
- Provides assistance to customers as needed
- Works closely with salesperson
- Supports sales team as needed
- Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
- Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
- Participates in required training
- Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.

Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments.
