Responsibilities
- Source aftermarket sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up, outbound calls, email and other sources as available
- Use CRM software to document each customer interaction to help streamline the customer service process and notice trends to report back to the manager
- Support Aftermarket growth through quoting spares, competitor belting, and additional parts as needed
- Provide follow-up for customer quotes
- Collaborate with internal teams on more complex technical issues
Other
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of Customer support experience preferred
- Ability to build relationships both internally and externally to support customer needs
- A team player that seeks input from others and contributes to the team effort to achieve a common goal
