Hunter Industries is looking for a Product Specialist to implement key Product Management initiatives for all their products, focusing on product launches, promotional campaigns, customer communications, educational materials, market research, and sales/technical support.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and SharePoint applications.
- Knowledge in marketing practices and technologies including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Drop Box, Survey Monkey, Business Objects Explorer, and SugarCRM.
- Knowledge in corporate communications practices and technologies including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, as well as html email and web design using Adobe Dreamweaver.
- Knowledge of data driven product marketing using PIM and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems such as Akeneo and Acquia/Widen DAM.
- Technical irrigation knowledge as well as knowledge pertaining to professional distribution systems.
Responsibilities
- build and maintain P.I.M. data
- assist with pricing, and product line reviews
- Contributes to and supports successful marketing plans and materials for product launches, events, sales & technical support, including the execution of all deliverables, and success measurements.
- Collaborates cross-functionally on the P.I.M. with key stakeholders from across the organization, including product management, creative, document control, and product development teams.
- Plans, customizes, and executes marketing materials including product guides, brochures, product cut sheets, collateral, web content, call center and video scripts, presentation materials (PowerPoint & Presenter APP) and other support tools in response to Product Management requirements.
- Works with Creative Development on development and implementation of campaigns, including promotional campaigns and new product campaigns.
- Assists Product Managers with V.O.C. research including creation of the V.O.C. instrument, execution of the survey and compilation of the findings.

- Bachelor's degree or five years equivalent education/experience in business or marketing.
- Minimum of two years of experience in marketing.
