Requirements
- Basic computer operating, mathematics, problem solving knowledge.
- Sales experience and knowledge of automotive CRM software is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Explains vehicles' characteristics, capabilities, and features; and offers comparable and/or competitively priced sales options to customers.
- Submits customer sales documentation (application, insurance information, trade title, etc.) to FinanceInsurance Manager.
- The Product Specialist completes and processes sales orders in accordance with the company guidelines.
- Pursues prospective customers, promotes valid sales incentives, and maintains a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
- The Product Specialist is required to obtain weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets; set by the Sales Management Team.
- Attends product and retail training programs as requested by management.
- The Product Specialist maintains updated information on new products and services within the industry.
