State Street Markets (SSM) Financing Solutions (FS) needs to drive new product design and development critical to implementing their client-focused solution set and strategic roadmap for Secured Financing, Prime Services, and Agency Lending.
Requirements
- Strong, well-rounded understanding of repo products in the marketplace
- Familiarity with cleared repo models, both in the US and abroad
Responsibilities
- Drive product development efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams to clearly define, design and implement solutions for complex initiatives
- Partner with colleagues to identify opportunities to enhance Secured Financing’s product set to promote efficiency, alignment to client needs, and industry trends
- Regularly engage directly with the Head of Secured Financing to manage project prioritization and strategic planning
- Serve as subject matter expert for Secured Financing’s products to assist teams in understanding and successfully delivering products to clients
- Stay abreast of industry developments and represent Secured Financing in industry and client discussions

- Salary Range: $115,000 - $190,000 Annual
