Academic HealthPlans is seeking a Product Success Specialist to become a subject matter expert on their proprietary platform, Care26, and translate technical knowledge into actionable insights for internal teams and external clients.
Requirements
- Familiarity with documentation tools.
- Strong presentation skills, as well as use of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Knowledge of Smartsheet and SharePoint a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of the C26 platform, including features, integrations, use cases, and limitations.
- Stay up-to-date with product enhancements and upcoming releases.
- Develop deep understanding of the student health industry and how the product serves our clients.
- Lead live product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their unique needs and advise on how best to implement C26 to achieve their goals.
- Provide high-level support in collaboration with the customer success and technical teams.
- Develop training and presentation materials for clients, potential clients and internal resources.

- A natural presenter and educator with experience in product demos, training, or consulting environment.
