Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
- Experience with managed account and/or advisory platforms preferred.
- Understanding of investment products, including SMAs, model portfolios, mutual funds, and ETFs.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel required.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, development, and execution of product and partner initiatives.
- Develop subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders on product and platform related inquiries.
- Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential issues, assess risks, and recommend solutions to maintain project timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Partner with key internal stakeholders including investment, operations, technology, sales, and legal organizations to ensure successful delivery of new products and platform enhancements.
- Organize and lead cross-functional team meetings with clear agendas, pre-work, and document decisions and actions.
- Coordinate across teams to resolve issues and support partner requests, including preparing ad hoc analyses and reports.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (advanced degree, CFA, or progress towards is a plus).
